Who we are
Gingerbread Aesthetic is run by Natalia Niedźwiedź from Gingerbread House, Besses Lane, Towcester, NN12 6GQ. We are the controller of the personal information described here. What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry form (for example after clicking one of our adverts) we collect:
- your name and phone number, and your email address if you choose to give it;
- your main skin goal and any message you add. Please don't put medical details in the message box; we will talk through anything like that in person;
- a record that you agreed to be contacted, with the date and time;
- where you came from, such as which advert or link brought you to the page, so we know which of our campaigns is working.
If you book through Booksy, Booksy collects your booking details under its own privacy notice. If you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by phone, we see what you send us.
How we use it, and why
- To reply to your enquiry by phone, text, WhatsApp or email. We do this because you asked us to, and with your consent.
- To understand which of our adverts brought you to us, using the source information above. This is our legitimate interest in running a small business sensibly. It stays with us, is not shared with advertising networks, and is not used to make decisions about you.
- To meet legal duties where they apply.
We do not sell your information, and we only send you marketing if you have asked us to. We do not use your details for advertising profiles or share them with advertisers.
Who handles it for us
We use trusted providers only to run the business and to contact you. These include our website host, the tools that receive and store enquiries securely, and communications services that send your text, WhatsApp or email messages (for example Twilio). They handle your details only to deliver those messages and for no other purpose. Booksy handles bookings under its own privacy notice, and Google provides the fonts and maps on this site. Some providers may be based outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards are used.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If you become a client, your records are kept as long as needed for your care and as required by professional and insurance rules.
Your rights
You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time by telling us, and we will stop. To do any of this, contact us using the details above.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run advertising pixels or third-party ad analytics on this site. Your browser may hold a small amount of temporary data while you use the enquiry form, such as which link you arrived from. It is not used to track you across other sites.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
