Regeneration from within
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy uses the growth factors naturally found in your own blood to stimulate collagen, repair tissue and renew the skin from within.
A small amount of blood is drawn, then placed in a centrifuge to separate the plasma — which is rich in platelets and growth factors. This concentrated plasma is then reintroduced into the skin, triggering a natural regenerative response.
The result is genuine biological renewal rather than a surface-level treatment. PRP is highly effective for fine lines, skin laxity, dullness, scarring and overall skin quality — and because it uses your own biology, it is exceptionally well tolerated.

What to Expect
Consultation
Natalia will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and recommend the most appropriate PRP protocol for your goals. Medical history is reviewed — PRP is not suitable for clients on blood thinners or with certain conditions.
Blood draw
A small amount of blood is taken from your arm — similar to a routine blood test. The sample is placed in the centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich plasma from the red blood cells.
The treatment
The prepared PRP or PRF is injected into the treatment area using fine needles. A topical anaesthetic cream is applied beforehand to ensure comfort. Treatment time is typically 45–60 minutes.
Immediately after
Redness, minor swelling and occasional bruising at injection sites is normal and typically resolves within 24–72 hours. Avoid makeup and strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
Results
Initial improvements in skin quality are often visible within 2–4 weeks. The full regenerative benefit develops over 2–3 months as collagen production increases. A course of 3 treatments is typically recommended.
Aftercare
Avoid touching the treated area, intense exercise, alcohol and sun exposure for 24 hours. Keep well hydrated. Use SPF daily. Full written aftercare instructions are provided at your appointment.
