The Platinium® Fusion Pen delivers highly controlled microneedling with adjustable depth and speed — creating the optimal environment for collagen induction across any treatment area.
Microneedling works by creating thousands of tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin — triggering the body's natural healing response and stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin. The Platinium® Fusion Pen allows precise control over needle depth and treatment intensity, making it suitable for the face, neck and a wide range of body concerns.
The treatment is also highly effective when combined with additional actives — the micro-channels created by the needles allow serums, the Biorepeel peel or Hydrofacial actives to penetrate far deeper into the skin than topical application alone would allow.
Microneedling with the Fusion Pen is an excellent option for clients looking for a collagen induction treatment without the radiofrequency component of RF Microneedling, or for treating body areas where RF Microneedling is less applicable.

What to Expect
Consultation
Natalia will assess your skin and treatment area, discuss your concerns and recommend the most appropriate treatment — standalone microneedling, or one of the enhanced combination options.
Preparation
A topical anaesthetic cream is applied 30–45 minutes before the treatment begins to ensure your comfort throughout. The skin is cleansed and prepared for treatment.
The treatment
The Platinium® Fusion Pen is passed over the treatment area in a methodical pattern. Needle depth and speed are adjusted by Natalia based on the area and concern being treated. Most clients experience mild pressure and warmth.
Immediately after
Redness and mild swelling are normal and typically resolve within 24–48 hours. Avoid makeup, heat and exercise for 24 hours. The skin will be more sensitive to sun exposure for several days.
Results
Initial improvements are visible within 2–4 weeks as new collagen forms. Results continue to improve for up to 3–6 months. A course of 3–6 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart delivers the most significant results.
Aftercare
Keep the skin clean and moisturised. Avoid active skincare ingredients (retinol, AHAs, vitamin C) for 48–72 hours. Use a high SPF sunscreen daily. Full written aftercare instructions are provided.
