Anti-wrinkle injections use botulinum toxin (Botox®) to temporarily relax the muscles responsible for expression lines. When placed precisely and conservatively, the result is a softer, more rested appearance that still looks entirely like you.
The most commonly treated areas are the forehead, the frown lines between the brows (glabella), and the crow's feet around the eyes. Natalia works methodically and carefully, using the minimum effective dose to achieve natural movement.
Bruxism treatment — injecting Botox® into the jaw muscles to relieve teeth grinding and jaw clenching — is also available, and can significantly reduce associated headaches and jaw pain.

What to Expect
Consultation
Natalia will assess your facial anatomy, discuss which areas you'd like treated and explain the expected results honestly. Medical history is reviewed and any contraindications discussed.
The injections
A series of small, precise injections using a very fine needle. Most clients describe it as a minor, brief sting. The treatment itself typically takes 15–20 minutes. No anaesthetic is needed.
Immediately after
Small bumps at injection sites are normal and settle within 20–30 minutes. Avoid rubbing the area, intense exercise and lying flat for 4 hours after treatment.
When will I see results?
Results begin to appear within 3–5 days and reach full effect at around 2 weeks. A review appointment can be arranged at 2 weeks if any adjustment is needed.
How long does it last?
Results typically last 3–4 months, after which the muscle activity gradually returns. With regular treatment, results often last longer as the muscles weaken over time.
Aftercare
Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for 24 hours. Keep upright for 4 hours post-treatment. Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and alcohol for 24 hours. Full written aftercare provided.
