Of all the treatments I offer, RF Microneedling is the one that surprises clients the most — not during the treatment, but two months later, when they look in the mirror and realise their skin has kept on improving long after their last session.
What is RF Microneedling?
RF Microneedling combines two well-established technologies into a single, highly effective treatment. Ultra-fine needles create thousands of tiny, controlled micro-channels in the skin, while simultaneously delivering radiofrequency energy deep into the dermis. The combined effect triggers the body's natural healing response — stimulating it to produce new collagen and elastin from within.
The result is firmer, smoother, more refined skin, with improvements in texture, tone, fine lines, pore size and overall radiance. It can be used on the face, neck and body, and is one of the most versatile advanced skin treatments available.
What surprises clients most
What I hear most from clients is that they didn't expect the results to carry on getting better after the treatment course had ended. Collagen production is a slow, biological process — the real transformation often shows itself around two months after the final session, once the skin has had time to fully regenerate.
"Clients often message me two months after their last session saying their skin looks the best it ever has. That delayed improvement is one of the most rewarding parts of the treatment." — Natalia
Why results require a course — not a single session
This is something I explain to every client before we begin, because it's important to have the right expectations. These treatments only work with repeated sessions at regular intervals — and that's not a sales tactic, it's simply how skin biology works.
Between each session, the skin needs time to recover and produce new collagen and elastin. These are the components that deliver the visible results — and they cannot be rushed. Each session builds on the last, and the effects compound over time. A single treatment will produce some improvement, but a course of at least three sessions, spaced appropriately, is where the genuinely significant results come from.
For RF Microneedling, I typically recommend a minimum of three sessions, with at least four to six weeks between each. The most noticeable results are usually visible around two months after the final session — so patience genuinely pays off.
Who is RF Microneedling suited for?
RF Microneedling is suitable for most adults who want to address skin texture, fine lines, firmness or tone. It works well on the face and neck, and is also highly effective for body concerns including skin laxity, stretch marks and scarring on the abdomen, arms and thighs.
It is not suitable during pregnancy, or for clients with certain skin conditions or implanted medical devices. At your consultation, I'll review your medical history and confirm whether it's the right treatment for you.
