If I could only offer one treatment, it would be PRP. It's entirely natural, it uses your own biology, and the results — when done properly as a course — are genuinely remarkable. The healing is faster than anything else I offer, and the outcome is skin that looks renewed rather than treated.

What is PRP therapy?

PRP stands for Platelet Rich Plasma. A small amount of blood is drawn — similar to a routine blood test — and placed in a centrifuge, which separates the platelet-rich plasma from the red blood cells. This concentrated plasma, packed with growth factors, is then injected back into the skin.

The growth factors trigger the skin's own regenerative processes — stimulating the production of new collagen, improving skin quality and accelerating the renewal of damaged or ageing tissue. Because the treatment uses your own blood, there is no risk of allergic reaction and the body responds to it naturally and readily.

PRP, or PRF — or both?

Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) is spun at a lower speed than PRP, preserving a natural fibrin scaffold and a higher concentration of regenerative cells. Once injected, it forms a temporary gel matrix that releases growth factors slowly over 10–14 days — longer-lasting structural rebuilding than PRP alone. We increasingly combine the two in one session for the face and neck together, so you get PRP's fast wake-up call and PRF's slow-release rebuilding at the same time.

Why it's my favourite treatment

What I love about PRP is that it is entirely natural and safe. You're not introducing a foreign substance — you're concentrating what your own body already produces and putting it to work where it's needed most.

"PRP is my favourite treatment because the product comes entirely from you. There's something really special about using your own body's healing power — and the results speak for themselves." — Natalia

What results to expect

The changes clients notice most are shallower wrinkles, a renewed skin glow, a more rejuvenated overall look, and noticeably tighter skin. These improvements develop progressively as collagen production increases over the weeks following treatment.

Who is PRP suited for?

PRP is suitable for almost anybody. It's particularly well suited for clients with rosacea, aged or mature skin, or anyone who wants to naturally improve their skin texture and quality without synthetic ingredients.

Why a course matters

I typically recommend a course of three PRP sessions, spaced two to four weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions every few months to sustain the results.
